| This is a legal, binding agreement between The Referral Pages.com™ and said company (here after referred to as "subscriber"). As a subscriber, you will be listed on The Referral Pages™ website under your specific business category for your metropolitan area. |
| You the end subscriber (and not The Referral Pages.com™) are responsible to input and keep up to date any company listing information. However, The Referral Pages.com™ does hold the right to edit any information that is deemed unprofessional or unethical. |
Details of your listing to be provided at the time of subscription will include:- Company Name
- Contact information (i.e. Contact Name, Address, Phone number, Fax number, Website Address, Email Address)
- The years of experience in your industry.
- A maximum 500 word description outlining services offered.
- The ability to create a value added coupon which would outline any current promotions, provide value to The Referral Pages.com™ customers, and allow you to track results for your business.

| Subscription activation is authorized once the account is deemed active. An account is deemed active once credit card information is accepted through internet registration or by working directly with an account representative of The Referral Pages.com™. Once an account is established, the subscriber will be sent a formal account with an activation password. It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to input all listing information and account detail and to maintain the accuracy of subscriber’s account information. The Referral Pages.com™ is not responsible to keep up to date any subscriber account information. |
| Each subscriber is responsible to hold all comments posted to an ethical standard, and the use of slander towards other companies will not be tolerated. If posted comments are deemed to be slander, The Referral Pages.com™ holds the right to dismiss the subscriber from The Referral Pages.com™ website with the subscriber liable to pay the balance of the subscription. |
| All agreements with The Referral Pages.com™ are for a term of one (1) year, at a subscription rate of $34.95 per month per listing (multiple listing discounts are available for subscribers who wish to list in more than one area and/or category). The one year within the agreement holds The Referral Pages.com™ and the client to all ethical standards stated in this agreement. The said terms of one (1) year will run from the day the account is activated and through a time period of three hundred and sixty five (365) days. After the initial one (1) year period, all listings with then convert to a month to month subscription and will continue until The Referral Pages.com™ receives written notification for cancellation from said subscriber. If choosing to discontinue your subscription after the one year term, it is the responsibility of the subscriber to contact The Referral Pages.com™ in writing and cancel their listing within thirty (30) days of the ending period. |
| Subscribers are able to include The Referral Pages.com™ web link and/or logo on any marketing materials that are deemed company related that associates The Referral Pages.com™ with the said subscriber. |
| The Referral Pages.com™ may be included as a link on websites of subscribers that have made a financial commitment to have a business relationship with The Referral Pages.com™. |
| By giving the three or four digit authorization code on the listed credit card the subscriber is providing an electronic signature to activate the subscriber’s account with The Referral Pages.com™. |
| If subscriber chooses to end their subscription with The Referral Pages.com™ before the last month of the yearly billing cycle, the subscriber will be charged the remaining balance of the account. |
| The subscriber is responsible to keep an active credit card available to The Referral Pages.com™ for the complete term of the billing period. If the subscriber does not update an expiring credit card, The Referral Pages.com™ reserves the right to withdraw the balance owed on the last day of the expiring credit card. |
